Chairman
Israel Ndanshau is currently the Fund Manager for Equity Tanzania and prior to this has held a number of managment positions in forestry and agricultral industries. Educationally he has an MBA in Industrialisation & Management from the RVB Institute, Maastricht and a B.Sc (Hons) in Forestry from the University of Dar-es-Salaam. He is married with 5 children and speaks three languages - English, Kiswhahili and Kichagga.

Anenmose Maro is an Irrigation Engineer. He is married to Elly Mlay and they have 3 children.

Key qualifications: Anenmose Maro acquired his MSc in Irrigation Engineering from the University of Leuven, Belgium in 1994. His multidisciplinary work experience (29 years) has involved planning and surveying for and design of hydraulic structures; environmental impact assessments; supervising construction and other project activities related to water supply, agriculture, small scale drip irrigation, environmental conservation and sanitation; and project cycle management including evaluation. This experience comes mostly from projects funded by UNDP and FAO, and the Tanzanian Government. He also worked as a supervisor with the European Commission Food Facility Project (2010 - 2011) whose main aim was to address the basic food needs and to mitigate the effects of volatile crop prices through improved agricultural productivity, construction of earthen water storage dams, training in value chain development, market access and agro-enterprise development. Eng Maro has extensive experience in working with rural communities, particularly training farmers in land erosion control measures, water management, and operation and maintenance of water structures, facilitation of community meetings for awareness raising and community mobilisation. His experience includes organisational development (e.g. water user groups, sanitation committees, establishment of an NGO), improved school hygiene practices, and school health clubs. Eng Maro's work in rural development has given him deep and practical knowledge of appropriate technologies for rural communities and environmental conservation, climate change mitigation and adaptation. He is a founder member of Land and Water Development Organization (LWDO).

Lucky Yona has an MBA in Finance from ESAMI and a BComm (Accounting) from the University of Dar-es-Salaam. A BTheology degree from the USA and a CPA from the National Board of Accountants and Auditors of Tanzania. He has worked with various organisations as a Business Manager, College Bursar, Chief Accountant and Financial Administrator. Previously he has also taught at Nyegezi Social Training Institute. Currently he teaches MBA courses at ESAMI Business School and is undertaking his DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) studies with Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands. He is a specialist in the areas of Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, International Finance and Management Accounting.

Pastor Glorious & Josephine Shoo are the pioneers of New Life Foundation, an organisation that was founded by God over 10 years ago. They have various educational qualifications including Bachelor of Arts in Bible Theology and Diplomas in Bible & Church Ministries. In addition to their work and overseeing of New Life Foundation, Glorious pastors the local Moshi ICC church and Josephine has begun a branch of the church, where she ministers to the local villagers. She is also an author and involved in prime time radio ministry.

FULGENCE MPONJI

Fulgence is a trained teacher. He gained his Diploma in Education from Morogoro Teachers College 1996-1998 and his Bachelor of Education (Hons) from the University of Dar es Salaam 1999-2003. In 2015-2016 he gained his Masters of Community Economic Development.

Currently Fulgence is the General Manager of the Kilimanjaro Industrial Development Trust.

Sheila gained a Bachelor in Business Administration in June 2003 from the Mzumbe University, Morogoro, Tanzania In 2012 she gained a Master of Business Administration (Human Resources Management)from the University of Dar es Salaam.

Sheila is the Director of Operations for Brownsville International (Moshi, Tanzania)

Responsibilities:
- To ensure that the organization has appropriate operational structure and systems in order to fulfil its objectives and to carry out its work effectively and efficiently
- To strengthen communications and collaborations with the organization's stakeholders - the BI Board, the different government departments, the project teams, like minded organizations and other stakeholders
- To ensure that the work of the organization is properly documented and easy to share with external stakeholders
- To ensure that the project and ministry updates are always collated and shared in social and formal media, for external internal and stakeholders
- To identify and participate in opportunities for networking
- To represent the organization in external meetings as required, and presenting the work of the organization to others
- To ensure that the organization fulfils all its legal, statutory and regulatory responsibilities according to the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania
- To ensure that the organization is aware of best practice and that it constantly works to achieve this within the constraints laid down by the Executive Directors and resources available
- To develop staff job descriptions, contracts of employment, consultancy contracts and all other job agreements that may be required from time to time
- To ensure that the organization's human resource management practices are in line with government requirements, and are fairly and consistently implemented
- Coordinate team's work plans and weekly accomplishments, and ensure that they are directed towards achieving the organization's objectives and reflect good employment practice
- To identify the team's training and capacity building needs and give training and/or make recommendation for external training and/or create linkages for team to access available training opportunities
- To provide supportive supervision to the organization's Tanzania staff, interns and volunteers
- To take part in project management for special projects that the organization embarks on

Joseph Pius Soka has been an auditor and tax consultant since 2012.

- Creative: I am able to provide creative solutions to problems when they rise, and innovation of new ideas, and to mobilize people or organization to make duties work out properly. I require very less supervision or not at all after being provided with work plan and schedule.
- Communication: Seminars are an integral part of my course. When preparing a presentation for a seminar I ensure I understand the information, think about the key points I want to present and ensure I have any materials to back up what I am saying. I feel communication is as much about listening so I ensure I built in time for people to question and raise issues. I am excellent in persuading, influencing and making things happen using my communication ability and skills
- Organization: Combining leadership work, voluntary activities and my degree requires excellent organizational skills. I manage this by working out detailed 'to do' lists with dates and times on. I combine this with a detailed study/ work diary which details key events such as assignment hand in dates, leadership activities and other major works.
- Interpersonal: A good relationship with people, knowing them, knowing what they like and hates makes management and performance of duties an easier work. That's exactly what I believe. I am good in associating with people and even counseling in different matters. I easily learn behaviors and cope with them, dynamic when comes to matters requiring immediate attention and being part of solving issues when they arise.
- Team builder and team player: I am a good team builder and team player, working in team has been my academic and leadership experience, and it has showed a great performance and my team members appreciate my ability in leading the teams.

EVELYNE MPINDA

Evelyne Mpinda is married to Eliud Maturo and has three children.Evelyne studied at the University of Dar es Salaam and gained a BA(Sociology) degree in 2005.

Evelyne is the Chief Co-ordinator at the New Life Foundation and has been working there ffor 10 years.

Her main duties are:
- Carrying day to day supervision of staff and programs run by the organization.
- Supervising heads of departments to understand their needs and how to solve problems in their departments.
- Interpreting the vision and mission of the organization to new employees to ensure adherence on the same.
- Preparing agenda for the meetings and taking minutes in the departmental meetings.
- Working with other administrative leaders in recruiting new employees.
- Acting as the main contact in absence of the seniors.
- Attending employees with queries.
- Communicating and offering relevant support with teams or individual volunteers who want to visit the organization.
- Preparing relevant documents and following up permits for volunteers from overseas.
- Assisting in the travel arrangements of students and staff going abroad.
- Preparing organization's annual calendars to ensure smooth running of activities.
- Preparing, supervising and being one of the trainers for secondary school camps.
